Senior Marketing Technology Architect & Project Lead for Global Market

We are looking for a MAdTech Architect to solve business and technical problems and lead new marketing architecture projects for our global clients.

Our new colleague should have years of experience in project management and marketing architecture, has strategic business thinking, can learn quickly, and work with an agile cross-functional team. Also, a good understanding of digital marketing, mail communication, web analytics, digital communication, and integration of marketing platforms.

By consulting on and defining use cases that leverage client, third party, and source data, alongside integrations with existing client platforms and vendors, the MAdTech Architect owns the ultimate vision of Cross Masters and can deliver it to clients: from conception to reality. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the omnichannel marketing and technology platform stack, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and IT.


  • Creating roadmaps for the solution implementations, defining processes and plans to support the implementation of complex, advanced analytics models working closely with data scientists, actuaries, claims, underwriting, technology professionals, and business partners

  • The development and management of project reports, plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing, communications, and financial management

  • Collaborating with business leaders at all levels to ensure the maximum cross-business impact of data science project portfolio

  • Building and maintaining relationships with external entities (e.g., vendors, clients, consultants) to ensure maximum effectiveness

    Skills & Capabilities required

  • 5+ years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based architectures.

  • 3+ years in an architect role designing technology architectures, workflows, best practices, and governance guidelines.

  • 2+ years of project management experience demonstrated success autonomously managing complex projects that require input from many stakeholders.

  • Orientation in the principles of Web analytics, Web or Mobile App measurement, Web Page Creation (Frontend/Backend).

  • Data visualization in Power BI / Tableau or other visualization tools

  • Knowledge of industry competitive offerings around Data Management Platforms, Demand Side Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, Data Lates, and Digital Identity Management.

  • Knowledge of Marketing and Advertising technologies (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.).

  • Understanding digital marketing principles and marketing agency work

  • Hands-on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising, and data platforms e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Oracle, etc.

  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, resource-intensive, integrated, and operational analytical solutions.

  • Ability to phase delivery of solutions that meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution.

  • Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components.

  • Working independently, finding solutions to challenging tasks, and decompose complex problems into parts.

  • Ability to effortlessly switch gears from summary view for leadership to hands-on discussion with practitioners.

  • Assertive, with the confidence to be a voice of authority – not afraid to do what is best for the team.

  • Passionate outlook to the role and can influence those around her/him

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with people from varying functional areas, and levels of responsibility ranging from analysts to C-suite.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to extract key information from the undefined client and internal requests.

  • Strong sense of accountability, drive, and ability to deliver results

  • Czech Native speaker preferred, English B2+, German is an advantage.
