The Role
As a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant / Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping how our clients measure, understand, and grow their digital performance. You will lead a small analytics team, design scalable measurement and data architectures, and act as a trusted partner for business and technology stakeholders.
You will combine hands-on analytical expertise with operational leadership, knowledge ownership, and business development on existing clients.
You will report to the Head of Digital Analytics & Digital Products Unit and collaborate closely with leaders from Development, BI & Data Engineering, CX/CDP, and Product teams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, technical understanding, and a consultative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Design and own end-to-end digital analytics and measurement architectures
- Define tracking concepts, KPI frameworks, and analytical standards
- Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, reliable, privacy-compliant, and actionable
- Lead solution design across web, mobile apps, CRM, marketing, and product platforms
- Translate business objectives into concrete measurement strategies and insights
Expertise Leadership (Expertise Champion)
- Act as a subject-matter authority in digital analytics and measurement
- Define and maintain best practices, methodologies, and internal standards
- Develop internal know-how, templates, and reusable frameworks
- Support cross-unit collaboration on data, analytics, and measurement topics
Delivery & Client Collaboration
- Lead analytics projects from discovery through implementation and insight delivery
- Collaborate closely with client-side marketing, product, IT, and data teams
- Communicate complex analytical topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Support estimation, planning, and prioritization of analytics initiatives
Business Development on Current Clients
- Identify opportunities to expand analytics and data-related cooperation with existing clients
- Proactively propose improvements, extensions, and new analytical use cases
- Support account growth through solution design, scoping, and pre-sales discussions
- Act as a long-term analytical partner helping clients grow through data
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- Senior-level experience in digital analytics, measurement, or data architecture (4+ years)
- Strong understanding of data flows across systems and platforms
- Experience translating business goals into KPIs, tracking concepts, and analytical solutions
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Adobe/Meiro /Piano Analytics or similar is advantage, Power BI / Looker Studio
- Experience leading projects and mentoring or leading analysts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Czech language – mandatory
- Good working knowledge of English
Advanced / Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage)
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with CDP / DWH architectures
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Background in consulting or data-heavy environments
- Experience designing data strategies or KPI frameworks
- Experience with personalization and hyper-personalization
- Ambition to grow further into a unit or domain leadership role
