As part of our growing data consultancy practice, we are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant (CX/CDP Consultant) to support the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for our clients.
As part of our growing data consultancy practice, we are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant (CX/CDP Consultant) to support the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for our clients. You’ll work on customer-facing projects where business process understanding, solution thinking, and configuration skills are key. You will collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. workshops, creating functional designs, and advising Salesforce functionality to drive client success. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in Salesforce who is ready to deepen their consulting skills and work on real client implementations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Prague, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a consulting team delivering Salesforce-based solutions to clients
- Support discovery workshops and process mapping sessions
- Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
- Configure Salesforce platform features: custom objects, flows, validation rules, page layouts, etc.
- Assist with testing, training, and post-go-live support
- Help prepare client documentation, solution overviews, and user guides
- Collaborate with developers on custom components and integrations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce (admin, support, or configuration roles)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to understand client needs
- Interest in developing as a functional consultant in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
